Dental Patient Coordinator - Part Time

Baylon Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly team player to compliment our staff. We are looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to add to our team 2-3 days a week ( Tuesday , Thursday and Wednesday's as an optional 3rd day). The ideal candidate would focus on creating a great experience for our patients while they're visiting our office. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include greeting patients arriving for their visit along with other day-to-day activities of the practice, including: ensure timely and accurate patient communication, scheduling of patients, assisting patients with the use of their insurance benefits, maintenance of the records, collecting payment for services, manage phone calls and correspondence, ensure front desk is tidy and presentable, and perform other office duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
