```Job Overview```
We are seeking a Care Concierge to join our team for the following shifts*
Monday 10a-7p
Tuesday 8a - 4p
Friday 10a - 2p
*(We unfortunately cannot alter these hours - however, candidates do not need to be able to work all three days to apply)
As a Care Concierge, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
```Duties```
- Greet and check-in clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Collect client information and update electronic medical records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
```Requirements```
- Experience is a plus - particularly if in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with the use of Mac products
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
