Customer Service Rep / Patient Care Representative - Our client is seeking a Patient Care Rep to provide high level customer service.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $20 per hour, based on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00 or 8:30am-5:00pm (one-hour lunch if 8:00am start/30-minute lunch if 8:30am start. This position is onsite.
Some of your responsibilities as Patient Care Representative / CSR will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting and handling routine patient questions
- Coordinating patient, medical and insurance records
- Data entry
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for this Patient Care Representative / CSR position, you must have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
