Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)

Compensation: Our Care Professionals earn from: $19.50 to $22.50 per hour. (Hourly rates are based on the level of care provided to each client.)

Currently, we are looking for WA state licensed CNAs or HCAs to work in: Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Five Corners, Mill Plain, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Orchards, Brush Prairie, Hockinson. The following shifts are available:

· Short shifts (4 hours or less)

· Long shifts (8 hours or more)

· Weekend shifts

DAILY EXPECTATIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CNA OR HCA

· Provide attention to client’s care needs, including companionship and social engagement

· Provide personal care to clients as needed

· Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders

· Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family member and co-workers

· Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

· $19.50 to $22.50 per hour (hourly rate based on each client’s level of care)
