Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

Our patients are our #1 priority and we are seeking someone exceptional to add to our team that will support and foster that dedication. We are looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our E-Care Dentistry practice. The ideal candidate for this position will have superior customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, greeting patients, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and preparation of financial estimates. Skills Required

• Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in oral surgery a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
