Patient Care Coordinator - Family Medicine Oakwood

Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Family Medicine department located in Oakwood, GA. This is a full-time position.
Patient Care Coordinators serve as a liaison between our patients, clinical staff and referring offices. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Coordinators greet, direct and schedule patients in a friendly, caring and efficient manner, scan documents and collects payments. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred. EPIC experience is a plus.
