Responsibilities:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable when they arrive for appointments or call the office by phone.

- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring that all patient needs and preferences are taken into consideration.

- Coordinate patient flow, ensuring smooth transitions between various areas of the practice.

- Verify insurance coverage and handle billing inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of Patient Care.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.

- Proficient in using dental practice management software and computer skills.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
