Patient Care Coordinator Role:

• Schedule Patients, answer the phones and maintain the flow of the office
• Order and Pull labs to ensure results are present for the follow-ups
• Call patients to check in on them one week after they enroll and periodically as needed
• Order test kits from the labs we use to keep test kits stocked
• Order and stock our pharmacy/dispensary of Nutraceuticals
• Must be comfortable on the phone to do Discovery Calls (will train)

Social Media Coordination:

• Schedule posts twice a week on FB and Instagram
• Help to create general graphics on Canva for posts and handouts
• Fine Tune bi-monthly Newsletters
• Help promote affiliates via posts and emails

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Interested in a healthy lifestyle
• Likes marketing
• Prior sales experience
• Proficient in PC (not Mac)
• Knows word, Google Docs, Excel, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Social Media to include FB, YouTube, Instagram
• (Bonus) Some graphic design skills
• Able to periodically lift 50lbs
• Able to write documents and marketing documents in a concise and clear manner
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Experience in "Scheduling" a plus
• Live locally and own reliable transportation

Salary/Hours:

• Commensurate with experience
• 30+/Hour with bonus
• 34-40 Hours a week, alternative work week schedule/hours
