In this role you will take responsibility for supporting the doctors in the practice by communicating and creating a great relationship with everyone who comes in contact with our private practice pediatric dental office.
You should feel comfortable presenting treatment plans in a manner that appropriately answers all questions/concerns of patients and provide estimated cost of treatment to patients prior to scheduling. Having amazing computer skills and being comfortable using technology are important in this role, as well as being able to work in a dynamic and driven team environment. You should have comfort with posting and promoting our office on various social media platforms, as well as, take initiative with in-person marketing efforts at community events and with other referral sources.
You should have the ability to engender trust from the doctors, co-workers, and patients and work cooperatively with them to achieve our goal of EXCEPTIONAL Patient Care.

Additional day-to-day job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Entering correct patient and insurance information into existing and new patient accounts
- Recording all financial discussions with patients and appropriately documenting patient charts
- Contacting patients who have not kept their financial arrangements with the practice in accordance with their financial plan
- Handle billing/account related questions (whether knowing the answer or seeking out the help of other team members to help a patient resolve their billing and account questions)
- Submitting claims daily
- Running daily End-of-Day reports
