Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description

Seeking an attentive and personable team-player to join our practice as a Patient Care Coordinator, will require employee to work in-office.

Must be able to fulfill the following duties:

• Assist with patient registration and scheduling
• Support Provider's clinical needs
• Communicate with attorney's office regarding case status and treatment updates
• Ensure necessary forms are completed
• Help facilitate recommended treatment
• Answer emails and phone calls as needed
• Communicate with management on any issues or errors when needed
• Able to take direction and help from other team members, management, and departments
• Personable with patients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Efficient and thorough with documentation and listening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
