The Patient Care Assistant is responsible to perform assigned duties to enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring the nutritional needs of the patient are met through one-on-one communication, readiness of patients for meals, observation, and meal assistance, and maintaining a safe and clutter-free environment. The Patient Care Assistant will assist the CNAs as delegated with stocking nutritional supplements and other supplies.
Required:
- High School diploma
- Desire to assist patients and promote patient satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively and professional with RNs, CNAs, and patients
