Please be advised this position has in-person training in Rochester, NH prior to the opportunity to work remote. Marcam Associates is hiring multiple accounts receivable representatives to act as a patient advocate for hospitals nationwide. Our ideal applicants should have positive, kind personalities, and find pleasure helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but all new hires are thoroughly trained to grow their health care industry knowledge and customer service skills. Additionally, we offer Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist Certifications through AAHAM and opportunities to advance within Marcam Associates.

Requirements:

· Dependable

· Customer Service - preferred

· Highschool diploma or GED – preferred

· Basic healthcare system knowledge - preferred

· Basic Computer knowledge

· Eager to learn new skills

Pay: $31,200-$36,000
