Position Summary
Our Patient Access serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients. This position is responsible for assisting patients in scheduling their appointments, rescheduling appointments as needed, transferring the calls to various departments within the organization as well as verifying Medicaid availability at the time of scheduling the appointment.
Since the healthcare field is constantly evolving there may be more opportunities to assist both the patients and the organization within this position.
No Experience is Necessary if you meet the following criteria
