What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will support the design and implementation of our Patient Support Programs through use of technology including system design and development, business process operations, integrations, data, and analytics between Amgen's Patient Access Salesforce CRM ecosystem, to build and deliver patient and HCP capabilities (Call Center, Nurse support, Field Reimbursement support, Copay and Fulfillment). This role will function as a strong liaison between business and technology stakeholders by capturing business needs and help translating them into actionable system designs. This individual will also be responsible for providing a vision and direction to the agile teams through the collection, assessment, analysis, and prioritization of key critical business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Patient Access CRM across the business lifecycle for all Products/Services.
  • Work with business partners (Channel and Capability leads), end users, and technical teams to capture, define, and interpret/translate the business requirements in alignment with Product roadmap.
  • Shaping the true business needs by articulating the balance between Patient Access business and technology.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of CRM solutions.
  • Provide detailed requirements and guidance to developers and other product team members and holds accountability for the overall solution.
  • Actively participate in product backlog refinement/grooming sessions, retrospectives, and iteration planning.
  • Create and maintain traceability to requirements and testing outcomes.
  • Periodically re-prioritize and continuously refine a product backlog of requirements/user stories based on stakeholders feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers and functional teams to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
  • Partner with channel and capability business teams to conduct and/or support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide guidance on PSP business processes to production support team to fix production bugs, system enhancement, documentation, release management and support activities.
  • Facilitate key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, testing, and end user training.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

Or

Masters degree and 2 years of patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or call center operations

Bachelors degree and 4 years of patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or call center operations

Or

Associates degree and 10 years of patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or call center operations

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or call center operations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce best practices and be proficient in planning discovery activities, mapping business processes, eliciting requirements, and writing user stories.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and execute effective test plans and test scripts and traceability matrix.
  • Experience leading and supporting users through user acceptance testing.
  • Strong working knowledge of latest technology tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Jira, Tableau, Alteryx, SFDC, SFMC, and MS office)
  • Preferred Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales/service Cloud Consultant, Certified Business Analyst.
