- Managing the day-to-day operations for the Patient Access department.
- Planning, organizing and directing department activities and providing leadership and supervision to personnel.
- Reviewing and studying all Federal and insurance policies and procedures.
- Coordinating, implementing and supervising department workshop/training sessions.
- Responsible for daily reconciliations and banking of the Patient Access department.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, while performing a variety of tasks.
