Baptist Medical Center is hiring for a BPE Education Manager to join our Patient Access Center team at Baptist Jacksonville located at Southbank Plaza.
As the BPE Education Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversees all aspects of Baptist Physician Enterprise's (BPE) training program's development, enhancement, and execution.
- Represents the department, training program, and overarching impact of the BPE to other BPE Leaders.
- Fully engaged in providing Quality, Exceptional Patient Experience, and Stewardship by aligning performance measures with organizational mission and objectives.
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives, process redesign, root cause analysis, metric/report development and special projects as it relates to denial prevention management and BPE process improvement.
- Requires knowledge of State and Federal compliance and regulations, including medical necessity and managed care requirements, as well as policies and procedures related to BPE and Baptist Health.
- This position is responsible for conducting a quality review of the BPE team member's educational needs, reporting retention with education program, and identifies trends as required to support audit exceptions and resolves issues.
- The manager is expected to be highly detail oriented, flexible, and self-motivated. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or as a team for coaching.
