The Dinex Group, restuarant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking a Pastry Cook for our commisary production team.
Essential Duties:
Excellent communications skills, and reliability.
Handling food in a manner that is consistent with local health department guidelines.
Responsible for baking pastries and packing items to be shipped
Maintaining product quality and standards
Tracking inventory and communicating with Pastry Chef on production needs
Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner
Skills needed include
Good time management
Reliability and punctuality
Communication skills
Ability to lift over 50lbs
Be able to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
