Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of baked goods, including viennoiserie, cakes, cookies, and focaccia.
- Create and decorate pastries with precision and artistic flair.
- Organize and manage order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and innovative pastry creations.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and pastry supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
Requirements:
-Age between 22-30 Y.o
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with expertise in viennoiserie techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage order fulfillment efficiently.
- Proficient in using Excel for inventory tracking and management.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious pastries.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
