Job Summary
Summary: Directly supervises food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises all personnel to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
- Plans or participates in planning and prep of food for the day.
- Specifies number of servings to be made for events, to control portion costs.
- Supervises tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure it meets proper serving and appearance standards.
- Properly order and organize all product needed.
- Communicates with guest on all allergen questions/concerns.
- Resolves guests concerns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
