Job Summary

Summary: Directly supervises food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises all personnel to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
• Plans or participates in planning and prep of food for the day.
• Specifies number of servings to be made for events, to control portion costs.
• Supervises tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure it meets proper serving and appearance standards.
• Properly order and organize all product needed.
• Communicates with guest on all allergen questions/concerns.
• Resolves guests concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
