Prime Care Technologies is currently recruiting for a full-time technical Password Support Associate for our Duluth location. Our most successful candidate has a working knowledge of Active Directory
All candidates must take a skills assessment (true/false, multiple choice). This job requires the employee to report to the office 100% of the time during the first 90 days.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for customer accounts. This includes, but is not limited to adding, deleting and/or modifying customer account information within a designated Support Tool/Active Directory. The Password Support Associate is also responsible for complying with service level agreement standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- *Works with and responds to general customer requests via phone, e-mail and ticketing system.*
- Responds to and works both accurately and efficiently with customers in creating, disabling and editing account information
- Transposes electronic requests, internal or external, into the ticketing system
- May assist in answering support queue calls, answering questions or handling support issues.
- Performs user set-up, modifications, and disablements as needed
- Escalate problems to appropriate resource as needed
- Follow standard departmental procedures and guidelines
- Expected to meet or exceed published user administrator performance standards.
- Assists with client documentation
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
- Associates degree in IT preferred or equivalent work experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
- Previous experience working with Active Directory strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A strong service-oriented culture, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- The ability to work in a fast pace environment – must be able to work quickly and accurately in a shared community environment.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction.
- Knowledge of Customer Service operations
- Experience in using automated call director telephony
- Able to follow directions and work well independently.
- Good analytical and logical ‘mindset’ when dealing with issues.
- Good organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen and analyze customer needs
- Presents a positive image that reflects well on the organization.
- Ability and willingness to work various schedules Monday through Friday 7 AM EST to 9 PM EST.·
