Cisco Air Systems, the Master Distributor for Ingersoll Rand industrial air compressors, is seeking an Estimator. We are a five (5) time winner of the prestigious Ingersoll Rand distributor of the year award in the United States since 2004: 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019.

Job Summary:

Parts/Service Estimator will support a fast-paced growing aftermarket business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive and fill all request of service estimates provided by service techs, sales department and customer phone requests.
• Research all parts required
• Create service proposal
• Submit for approval to customer
• Process approved job and communicate with customer and service coordinators time on job completion expectations.
• Communication with persons outside organization (i.e. Vendors)
• Offloading parts delivered to the Shop monthly.
• Organize and manage parts warehouse

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma and 3+ years experience in related field required.
