Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently through data entry systems
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers
- Utilize demand planning techniques to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
- Manage the order management system to track orders, shipments, and returns
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
-Maintain clean customer showroom and counter space
-Assist with proper stocking bin locations and organization
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Parts Specialist or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and their applications
- Proficient in data entry systems and inventory management software
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
- Understanding of demand planning principles to optimize stock levels
- Experience with order management systems for tracking orders and shipments
- Knowledge of powersports or automotive repair is a polus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
