OHS Body Shop has an opening for a Parts Manager. With low company turn over this opportunity will not last long to work for one the best local companies!This is a full-time, year around position. Bonuses and Manager Events weekly and quarterly. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. We are the only Collision Repair Facility in the valley that provides an Apprenticeship Program for aspiring future industry leaders. Must have Management experience. Incredible reliability. Ability to work early and long hours, great communication, time management and organizational skills. Must be able to maintain positive vendor relationships. Ability to work in a hostile environment when techs become angry because of parts availability.

Responsibilities include:

Management position supervising up to 4 employees. Attending the morning production meetings/Conferance calls, ordering parts through multiple ordering platforms, ordering parts per complicated insurance guidelines checking parts in as they arrive, storing parts shipment, Organize storage buildings, supply, and tool room, checking new parts for accuracy, organizing parts to vehicles in the shop for repairs, distributing parts to technicians. Position does require being able to lift more than 50 pounds and not have any lifting or other physical limitations, drive forklift, climbing stairs, work indoor/outdoor, in all weather types. Computer skills, research skills, and learning our CCC management system.
