We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a focus on commercial and residentail cleaning. If you have excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating a clean and welcoming environment, we want to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address any housekeeping-related issues or requests
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained
- Oversee laundry operations, including the proper laundering of linens and uniforms
- Handle complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or similar vacation rental setting
- Strong knowledge ofcleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Excellant Driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
