We're currently looking for a full-time Fleet Manager / Dispatcher to join our Operations Department! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Reefer/Van truckload operations; but we're willing to train the right candidate with a matching skill set. Great full-time first shift schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm and rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm!
A day in the life of a Decker Fleet Manager / Dispatcher looks like:

• Planning and coordinating loads for both Company Drivers and Owner-Operators
• Taking care of our Professional Drivers making sure they are getting paid and getting home when they need to be
• Other duties as assigned.

Fleet Manager / Dispatcher Must Haves

• Previous directly-related experience and excellent communication and computer skills
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced professional work environment
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A background in MS Office is required

Fleet Manager / Dispatcher Nice to Haves

• Experience with McLeod Transportation software and Geotab E-log systems are a plus.
