We are seeking an experienced Parts Department Manager to join our team in our location on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, generating parts sales, and ensuring inventory accuracy and control.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain parts sales and inventory management initiatives.
Ensure accurate record keeping of parts orders, inventory, and pricing.
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support to our service department.
Responsible for timely delivery of parts orders and invoicing.
Ensure continuous improvement of parts processes and operations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in parts sales and inventory management.
Knowledge of turf equipment and/or construction equipment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other industry related programs and applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
