We are currently looking to fill a Parts Counter Sales position with a company in Broken Arrow, OK specializing in agricultural equipment rental and sales.

Hours: 8a-5p
Pay: $18-$20/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide top-notch customer service and assist customers with their parts and accessory needs. You will also contribute to the efficient operation of our store and warehouse by supporting various departments and maintaining an organized work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and answering phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listening to customer needs and providing knowledgeable product recommendations and suggestive selling.
- Utilizing our computer system to accurately identify and locate required parts and accessories.
- Processing point of sale transactions and managing customer orders, including providing order status updates.
- Setting up merchandise displays and maintaining a well-organized showroom floor.
- Assisting the warehouse team with tasks such as unloading shipments and organizing inventory.
- Collaborating with other departments, including sales and warranty, to provide seamless customer support.
- Ensuring that your work area is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Performing other assigned duties to contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computer systems and point of sale software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and organizing inventory.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support various departments.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
