Counter Sales Representative Job Description

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Process orders and ensure order fulfillment

- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and product knowledge

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in math, including retail math calculations
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Preferred basic knowledge of HVAC field or HVAC sales
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturday 8am to noon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
