Form of workDescription: We are one of the top tire companies in the Tri state area. We are looking to add a full-time Front Counter Associate/Retail sales associate to our team in our Marion location. We are committed to high-quality standards.

Duties Include: · Customer Service: greet customers and ascertain customer needs/desires · Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise · Obtain Orders · Operate point of sale system to create work order and invoice customers · Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process payments · Open/close cash registers, including counting money, balancing drawers, and making deposits · Inventory stock and requisition new stock · Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales · Watch for and recognize security risks and know how to prevent/handle those situations Requirements: Retail Tire Sales Requirements: · Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. · Must have a valid driver's license; driving record must meet company's insurance requirements · Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment. · Team- Player: Works well as a member of a group. · Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
