Parts counter ,retail and wholesale experience required
Your Parts Sales Manager will assign you a daily sales/gross objective that you will be expected to attain on a daily basis. Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Assist outside sales representatives with their orders. Phone must be picked up within 2 rings. It is required to follow up on all price quotes within 24 hours. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up. Monitor open invoices to insure parts orders are being filled, and parts are being picked up by customer. Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process. Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person. Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers. This must be maintained so we can provide a high level of service for our technicians . Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered daily. Replenish assigned inventory daily. Participate in all training programs that are made available. Participate with the Parts Manager in maintaining a Lost Sale Tracking program. Report for work on time & be ready to work at the designated start time.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- PARTS WHOLESALE/RETAIL: 3 years (Preferred)
