Parts Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support the Parts Department's daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Receives, opens, and unpacks cartons or crates of merchandise, and checks invoice
slip against items received.
? Stocks shelves and ensures general organization of the parts and materials.
? Maintains inventory of equipment, materials, and parts.
? Fields incoming customer/technician calls.
? Provides will call support which includes responding to customer inquiries and will call
requests.
? Compiles data from vendor invoices and supporting documents and verifies accuracy
of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered.
? Compares invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to
verify receipt of items ordered.
? Enters and tracks customer orders and monitors and ensures account information and
recorded data is accurate.
? Files hard copy or maintains electronic record of correspondence, cards, invoices,
receipts, and other information and/or records.
? Assists with development and coordination of daily operations to maximize customer
service and employee efficiency.
? Performs work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
? Other duties as assigned
STARTING PAY: $24.00-$27.00 / HOUR DOE
