Who are we looking for?
The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($54,00 to $84,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions -Department Gross, Individual Gross) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses
Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability ).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Who are we looking for?
- Automotive parts experience
- BMW experience is a huge plus!
- Knowledge of inventory management a plus
- CDK knowledge, a plus
- Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction
- General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
- Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
