As a Partner Solutions Manager within Technical Strategy & Innovation (TS&I), your role is pivotal in coordinating a portfolio of technical, partner-centric solutions that align with Splunk’s strategic vision and elevate customer experiences. You will collaborate closely and cross-functionally within TS&I, across various CSX functions, the Global Partner Organization (GPO), and key Partner stakeholders. Helping lead the evolution of solutions, ensuring clarity on objectives, implementing global processes that drive operational efficiency and quality assurance. Partner Solution Manager will establish key performance indicators, measure outcomes, design comprehensive business reviews and amplify the impact of Partners delivering tangible value and experience to Splunk customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with TS&I, CSX and Partner GTM teams to drive alignment, adoption, and continual improvement of the programmatic solutions
  • Experience with operational standards to scale at a global level
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Enterprise-level technical programmatic implementations
  • Proven track record to own and manage multiple, high priority initiatives and meet aggressive timelines
  • Ability to influence our partner community to develop and build a growing business around Splunk
  • Understands and interprets the needs of the partner and of Splunk for a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Experience with developing and managing Partner Programs and/or Partner business management with KPIs to assess Partner coverage, capabilities and performance to support business needs based on demand
  • Experience with leading business reviews to identify, develop and define key focus areas, to further grow our partner ecosystem
  • Collaborates with partners to innovate and scale service delivery
  • Drives thought leadership on the Partner persona within the Customer Success and Experience organization and cross-functional organizations
  • Addresses challenges and overcomes risks and obstacles

Requirements

  • 8+ years of current experience in management consulting and/or professional services experience in an Enterprise Software and/or Cloud-based Services company
  • Demonstrated ability working with technology Partners across multiple industry verticals and theaters, including America, Europe and APAC
  • Comfortable and experienced in presenting to VP-level executives
  • Experienced in closely collaborating with technical teams to ultimately drive customer-focused outcomes
  • Experienced with managing global end-to-end process and technology projects
  • Strong track record of aligning stakeholders by influencing without authority
  • Highly collaborative great teammate that thrives with a hard-working, innovative team
  • Well organized with a healthy sense of urgency to meet SLAs and aggressive timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simultaneously consider business challenges from multiple perspectives (e.g. partners, customers, employees)
  • Problem solving, creative thinking, time management and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in planning, organizing, delivering business improvements, process optimization, and operational excellence
  • Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate sophisticated processes within and across teams
  • Self-motivated, independent and self-educating, yet willing to stop, collaborate and listen with partner community and fellow Splunkers
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally

Note:

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
