As a PRO Business Partner, you will act as a Business Partner to operational leaders in building and executing talent strategies that deliver business results. As a Partner Resources Manager, you will…

• Implement Partner Resources strategic plans, tactics, and projects. Integrates company-wide Partner Resources strategic plans, projects and objectives into client business units, departments, and regions

• Provide consultation and support to managers on partner relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws. –

• Serve as an advocate on behalf of all partners. Solicits and listens to partners' concerns and takes an active role in resolving problems. Provides information, or facilitates partners' ability to obtain information, about benefits, compensation, training and other Partner Resources programs and service

• Implement Partner Resource's strategic plans, execution tactics, and projects and integrate objectives into client business units, departments, and regions.

• Influence and Lead Regional PRO strategy in collaboration with the National PRO business plan

• Consult and support Regional and District Managers on employee relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.

• Serve as Business Partner and Advisor to Operators in PRO priorities and execution tactics.

• Consult with partners to obtain information on Starbucks benefits, compensation, training, and additional partner resources and services

• Support a culture of elevating talent and inclusion in partnership with talent acquisition and regional directors to hire and retain district managers.

• Human Resources generalist with emphasis in performance development, training, employee relations, and compensation administration 6 years –

• Responsible human resources generalist roles 5 years –

• Experience with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions 3 years Supervisory experience
