Job description

PagerDuty is seeking a skilled Partner Operations Manager to drive success in our partner program. This role will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to expand our reach and revenue through partnerships, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our partner program.

  • Develop and implement a partner strategy that aligns with PagerDuty's overall business objectives and drives growth
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the partner program, including deal management, partner onboarding and training, partner engagement and communication, and partner performance measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to design and launch joint go-to-market initiatives with partners
  • Define and communicate PagerDuty's value propositions to partners, driven through webinars, training, partner events, and other communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Clari, HG Insights, Marketo, Tableau, and G Suite to track and report on partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Ensure all partner-related activities comply with company policies, processes, and procedures, and work with legal and finance teams to negotiate and execute partner agreements

Basic Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner program management, strategy, and operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure success
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Preferred Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, HG Insights, Marketo, Tableau, and G Suite

The base salary range for this position is 120,000 - 183,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
