Internship Program

The is a full time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in San Ramon, CA. The program runs 12 weeks with the opportunity to start in late May or early June.

The Team

We are seeking a Territory Management Analyst/Associate Sales Operations AnalystIntern to add to our growing Sales Efficiency and Transformation team within the Sales Operations business group. This cross-functional team interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Deal Desk, and more.

Do you have both strong interpersonal and analytical skills? We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our growing sales team.

Throughout your internship, you will assist and have exposure to the following areas:

Responsibilities

• Quarterly TAM (Total Addressable Market) analysis
• Addressing specific leads generations requests
• Appending HG Insights technographics data into Salesforce
• Appending HQ data in Salesforce using HG Insights
• Account scoring using technographics and intent data for account prioritization
• Utilizing Ringlead for Account matching/Deduping
• Utilize HG Insights for ABM campaign account list
• Help with account cleanup process

Qualifications

• Rising college senior or above, pursuing an undergrad degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, or similar field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and functions like Vlookup, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.
• Analytical thinking & Problem solving
• Teamwork
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus
• Must be able to work out of the San Ramon, CA headquarters this summer.
