Plum Creek Golf Course is hiring a Part Time cook to join our newly renovated bar and grill and friendly food and beverage team. Bring your enthusiasm and passion for food to our team and a chance to build lasting relationships with a wonderful group of customers! Comes with golf privilege's, flexible hours! We will train!

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate prep needs throughout the day.
• Execute food orders in a timely and organized manner while working with fellow staff to provide a seamless experience for customers
• Clean throughout their shift to ensure a sanitary and clean work environment to avoid cross contamination
• Be a self-starter and can complete tasks without constant supervision
• Assist in checking in, unloading, dating, rotating, and storage of food production items
• Strictly adhere to recipes and procedures when preparing and cooking all food items
• Effectively communicate with other team members and management
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and is willing to help where needed
• Reports directly to Food and Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of food and cooking techniques
• Passionate about cooking great food and willing to learn
• Be able to operate all kitchen equipment to accurately and timely prepare all menu items
• Has knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cleanliness protocol
• Is a strong communicator with fellow staff, customers and management
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and contribute to a fun, and engaging environment

15-30 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time

Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour BOE

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
