- Serve members at the teller window by performing account transactions, account maintenance, and developing relationships.
- Share REGIONAL's product information with members. Individuals can make a positive impact on members' lives by introducing them to REGIONAL programs and products designed to help them fulfill their individual financial needs.
- Full participation in credit union's incentive program and other programs designed to help achieve individual and organizational goals. Sales Required.
- Follow all policies and procedures including security measures and all elements outlined in REGIONAL's Personnel Policy.
- Take advantage and individual responsibility for completing ongoing training provided by REGIONAL.
- Maintain accurate transaction details, maintain a balanced teller drawer, and adhere to the established Cash Management and Funds Reconciliation section of the Personnel Policy.
- Individuals will also be required to promote the credit union by providing quality service, maintaining a well-developed working knowledge of the credit union's products and services, and being capable of effectively cross-selling products and services (sales required for position) to develop the membership relationship.
REGIONAL offers paid holidays, PTO (paid time off), 401K, and quarterly incentives (up to $700 quarterly) to our Part-Time Team members.
- Available to work Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12:15 pm. Schedules are produced monthly.
- Part-time Work 15-35 hours per week.
- Previous experience in Sales, Cash Handling, or financial banking is required.
- Punctuality and desire to meet set goals are also required.
- Physical requirements are the ability to lift at least 15 pounds at times due to coin bags and stand for a length of time.
