Part-Time Teller

As a Teller, you will be a vital member of our team, ensuring that every member interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. • Monday 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM

• Tuesday 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM

• Thursday 10:45 AM - 5:15 PM

• Saturday 9:15 AM - 1:15 PM

Bilingual skills preferred.

Saturday availability required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage lobby traffic and warmly greet members, creating a welcoming environment.

• Act as a member advocate, responding to inquiries and connecting members with appropriate solutions.

• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services based on member needs.

• Assist with lobby management, including directing visitors to the appropriate personnel for assistance.

• Develop friendly relationships with members to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.

• Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance with online and digital banking channels.

• Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions in accordance with credit union policies.

• Collaborate with branch and community development teams as needed.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Minimum of 6 months of sales or retail experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.

• Proficient in navigating PC, internet browsers, and Microsoft 365 products.

• Working knowledge of smart phone and using APPs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
