ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage lobby traffic and warmly greet members, creating a welcoming environment.
Act as a member advocate, responding to inquiries and connecting members with appropriate solutions.
Cross-sell Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
Assist with lobby management, including directing visitors to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
Develop friendly relationships with members to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance with online and digital banking channels.
Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions in accordance with credit union policies.
Collaborate with branch and community development teams as needed.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum of 6 months of sales or retail experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
Proficient in navigating PC, internet browsers, and Microsoft 365 products.
Working knowledge of smart phone and using APPs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
