What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Wine: Prior wine sales or Tasting Room experience is a must. We're seeking individuals with a genuine desire to excel in their role and bring positive energy to our team.
• Knowledge of Commerce7 is a plus, and basic computer skills are necessary.
• Team Player: As an essential part of our organization, you'll work independently while seamlessly fitting into our collaborative team.
• Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service are essential. We're willing to train the right person, but interpersonal skills are key.
• Ability to lift cases of wine daily, navigate stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability: A flexible schedule is a must, including weekends, holidays, and monthly mandatory inventory, staff meetings, and Tasting Room events.
• Local Expertise: Understanding of Santa Barbara County wines, vineyards, and AVA knowledge is highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 18 per week
