Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of a physician's orders, you will assess, treat, and diligently document patient progress.

Requirements:
•Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where the Skilled Nursing Facility is located.
•Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
•Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or with geriatric populations is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
•Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress effectively.
•Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and educate patients and families.
•Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals.
•Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
