JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Associate supports the Marketing & Sales team with phone calls, emails, and meeting with potential residents.
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Assist in the development and management of relationships with potential residents to independent living, assisted living, and enhanced assisted living.
§ Participate in lead generation.
§ Response to phone calls, web inquiries, email inquiries and regular follow-up with the lead base in a timely manner.
§ Provide tours of the facility.
§ Documentation in a tracking system.
§ Move-in coordination for independent living residents.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Possesses a high school diploma or GED.
§ Sales experience preferred.
§ High level of verbal and written communication skills.
§ Customer service experience.
§ Good instinct with strong selling and negotiation skills.

PAY: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
