SALARY/HOURLY RATE:$65,000 – $100,000
POSITION OVERVIEW:An Advertising Assistant/Associate plays an integral role in supporting advertising operations in the marketing department. The Advertising Assistant/Associate assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across various media platforms. They often contribute to market research efforts, help with the production of promotional material, and coordinate with clients and external vendors to ensure successful ad campaigns. Also, they help with the analysis of campaign data for performance evaluation and strategic improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADVERTISING ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE:- Assisting in the creation and development of advertising campaigns: Researching target audiences, brainstorming creative concepts, and helping to design promotional materials
- Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders: Acts as a liaison between the creative team, the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that advertising campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign outcomes: Tracking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, collecting data, and producing reports for senior staff. This can contribute to the optimization of future strategies
- Managing budgets and schedules: Help manage the budgets for advertising campaigns, ensure that payments are made on time, and that projects are delivered according to schedule
- Keeping abreast of industry trends: Stay current with trends in advertising and consumer behavior in order to provide relevant and innovative input to the team and help maintain the competitiveness of the organization
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Independent thinker
- Podcasting experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is required
