Right at Home West Palm Beach, Home Health Agency is looking for qualified Part time or Per Diem RNs.

The ideal candidate has a valid RN license, current certification in CPR, and experience working in home health. In addition, candidates must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance and must provide proof of the required health/background checks and training.
Responsibilities
- Conducts initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client's needs
- Performs starts-of-care, re-certifications, and discharges, supervisory visits on caregivers.
- Responds to emergency situations
- Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
- Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor
- Ensures that required documentation is complete in a timely manner and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Current CPR card
- COMPASSION and a DESIRE TO HELP the elderly, the sick, and their families
- Experience in home healthcare required
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
- Level 2 background check required
- CEU’s
- Health Assessment Done within last 6 months (TB within 1 year)
