Part-Time Receptionist

Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City is looking for a part-time receptionist. The position will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests and other daily duties. The candidate should be a self-starter, be able to work without constant supervision, make effective use of their time, maintain a professional appearance, and have attention to detail. Hours are M-F 4pm-8pm, and Saturdays.

Duties Include:

• Answer multiple phone system, help customers with their needs and transfer customers as needed.
• Greet customers at the front desk.
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom & work area.
• Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store.
• A positive and professional attitude is a must!

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
• Previous multi-line switchboard experience.
• Experience in a dealership is a plus!
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills (bi-lingual is a big plus!).
• Motivated self-starter.
