As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Performing light filing to ensure smooth office operations
- Managing incoming mail and ensuring it is promptly sorted and distributed
- Maintaining and restocking kitchen supplies to keep the office environment pleasant
- Customer service experience
- Friendly and inviting energy
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Proficient with computers
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm
