*Activities & Responsibilities*
Food Preparation
Recipe Adherence and Consistency
The back-of-house team member consistently follows recipes and preparation instructions to ensure the uniformity and quality of dishes and refers to the daily prep list for assigned duties at the start of each shift.
Food Safety and Sanitation
The back-of-house team member consistently follows food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling, storage, and equipment cleaning, adhering to policies and procedures, practicing good hygiene, and discarding expired products. They also assist in completing daily and weekly side work tasks.
Time Management
Adheres to established schedules, efficiently prioritizes tasks, proactively manages workload, avoids wasting time, accurately and timely clocks in/out, effectively delegates, makes efficient use of resources, minimizes downtime, avoids distractions, and continually improves time management skills.
Teamwork
Dependability and Reliability
A reliable and accountable Front-of-House Team Member is expected to arrive on time, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet performance expectations, taking responsibility for their actions and continuously improving their performance.
Communication and Collaboration
The ideal candidate is able to effectively communicate and manage their availability, handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude while contributing to a supportive team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
