The Position:
We are adding a OT to our passionate and talented team in Downers Grove. This position is available for ~10-15 hours a week in the evenings beginning immediately! This caseload consists of primarily private pay and private insurance clients. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering critical, play-based therapy to clients in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide both individual and group therapy services for clients
- Complete all required documentation for clients
- Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
- Provide family education and training
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals
- Participate in our mentorship network as either mentee or mentor
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity

You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how our OTPs are helping children take their next steps.
