Part-time Administrative Assistant position for a family owned landscaping company. Hours for this position will be either from 7am-11am or 8am-12pm (Some flexibility is possible for the right candidate!)
Job responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls & assist customers
2. Schedule sales appointments
3. Clerical tasks (filing, organizing, etc)
4. Researching , speaking with vendors, ordering, etc.
5.Assisting owners & management with various tasks as needed
Must be proficient with computers & technology-- most work is completed using various computer programs. Thank you!

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
